  • 120 minutes support time each month 
  • Monthly reporting of your websites traffic via analytical data

If you need regular updates to your website text or images, and you wish to ensure that your website is working flawlessly, our Medium support package is recommended.

What you get:

  • 30 minute response time (9am-5pm Mon-Fri)
  • 180 minutes support time each month
  • Weekly backup of your website and any associated databases
  • Monthly reporting, analysis and interpretation of your websites traffic via analytical data
  • Monthly site health check - we check for broken links, contact form functionality and other dynamic elements

Are website issues and problems critical to your business? If so, our Premium support package is ideal for you.

What you get:

  • 15 minute response time (9am-5pm Mon-Fri)
  • 240 minutes support time each month 
  • 24/7 site monitoring - your website will be constantly monitored to ensure that it is live. The minute it goes offline we can contact your host (during opening hours) or contact you (email or SMS)
  • Daily backup of your website and any associated databases
  • Monthly reporting, analysis and interpretation of your websites traffic via analytical data
  • Reputation monitoring - we monitor what is being said online about your company and your brand
  • Monthly site health check - we check for broken links, contact form functionality, Ecommerce gateways, malware intrusion and other dynamic elements

Website Support and Maintenance FAQ

What can I use my support time for?

Your support time can be used for consultation, updates and changes to your website; indeed any of our services. Examples would be adding test, updating your blog, changing images or adding products to your ecommerce catalog.

What can be done in one hour?

As a rough guide, text changes or adding images on an existing web page might take a few minutes, adding a new page to your site might take between 15 and 30 minutes. We will always tell you how long it will take to complete the job, and proceed when authorised by you.

If I sign up for a maintenance contract, how does it work?

When you sign up, we will draw up your Service Level Agreement and agree payment terms. You will then be assigned an Account Manager, who will become your point of contact. Your Account Manager will familiarize themselves with your website and installation so every time you call or email, you will be dealing with a friendly and familiar professional.

What if I use more than my allocated minutes in a month?

If you use more than your allocated minutes in a particular month, any further support requirements will be quoted for separately. We will advise you before you go over the allotted minutes and ensure that we get the go-ahead from you before carrying out any work that will incur additional costs.

What are the payment terms?

You can pay by direct debit monthly or we can invoice you monthly, it is up to you.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Absolutely not - you can cancel your contract at any time and no further charges will be incurred.
